Beauty, Grace and Power- restrained yet Versatile. Nine months of continuous observation turned this gigantic wooden root into a Turtle floating across the skies. It represents an extinct sea creature from the dinosaur era, which in many mythologies is known to have supported or contained the world on its back. Presenting The Cosmic Turtle, a lounger chair that resembles a turtle flapping its flappers, yet again a metamorphic depiction of carrying the world on its back.
Material Exploration
A single Mahogany root that deteriorated due to the cyclone Nisha in 2008 in Tamil Nadu, carved into a mighty lounger chair.
